How do you answer my calls? Your calls are answered exactly how you would want us to answer if we were working from your business. You customer is treated exactly how you would.
What are the Hours of Service? That depends on the package you subscribe to, for example, the GOLD package provides 9 am until 6 pm.
How do you know which salon is being called? We provide you with an identification number when you register. You divert your calls to this number. Our system recognises calls that we receive from this identification number and your welcome message appears on our receptionist's screen. |

Will diverting calls to you cost me? That depends on your phone provider. For example, BT make a small monthly charge for this service.
Can I divert any phone to you? Yes. Any phone can be diverted to us. We don't charge you for this but be careful with mobiles as some providers will charge you extra.
Why are you so cost-effective? You will be sharing a virtual receptionist with other salons. This means that you will get to share the cost with other salons and spas that are doing exactly the same as your business.
How long does it take to set up my account? The phone and initial diary set up takes a couple of hours. However, we need to set up your staff hours, days off, breaks and holidays along with the treatments each individual member of staff offers and the price of each treatment for the booking system. This might take us a few days working together in order that when we go live, the process is seamless. You won’t be charged until we’re on line. This also means that we get to understand your business better and represent what you want the clients to feel and hear.
Am I tied into a contract? NO, we bill the monthly subscription in advance and any additional charges at the end of the month. If you want to stop the service just let us know before the 1st of the month. There is an initial 'one time only' set-up fee which is simply calculated as 25% of your package monthly fee. This is only paid once when we set up your account and goes towards our administration. After that, all costs are as set out in the 'compare our packages' page. |
